ate of Queensland (Plaintiff) and Joseph Lyons of 2a/721 Albany Creek Road, Albany Creek in the State of Queensland (Defendant). Take note that an Enforcement Warrant for the Seizure and Sale of Property has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all of the Defendant’s rights, title and interest in the following goods will be sold by Public Auction by the Enforcement Officer for the Magistrates Court Petrie at 2:00PM on Thursday 12th May 2005.

The conditions of sale are 10% of the purchase price on the day of sale (Cash or Bank Cheque). The pur

chaser shall pay the balance of the purchase monies by cash or bank cheque to the Enforcement Officer at or before 4:00PM on that day which is two (2) business days after the day of auction.
