That a Enforcement Warrant-Seizure and Sale of Property No: M115/03 of St.George Magistrates Court has been issued upon a judgment obtained by the Plaintiff/s in the above action and that all the interest of the named Enforcement Debtor in the tractor will be Sold by Public Auction at the St.George Magistrates Court Office at 11am on the 9th. September 2004.unless this execution together with all costs is previously satisfied in full.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY SEIZED:

INTERNATIONAL TRACTOR 585 BUCKET WITH BLADE AND POSTHOLE DIGGER:
The above will be sole by Public Auction as is and where is condition.
Purchaser must pay the full amount of money to the Bailiff on the day of the sale.
Inspection of the machinery/vehicle can be made at St George by arrangements with the Bailiff on the day of the Auction Sale.
