TAKE NOTICE that an ENFORCEMENT WARRANT – SEIZURE AND SALE OF PROPERTY has been issued out of the District Court, Brisbane upon Judgment obtained by the Enforcement Creditor in the above action and that ALL RIGHT TITLE AND INTEREST of the Judgment Debtor in the following:

Lot 20 on SP165665 County of HERBERT Parish of CONWAY

Known as: Unit 20/8 Raintree Place, Airlie Beach QLD 4740

Will be sold by PUBLIC AUCTION by the Bailiff, District Court, Mackay at the Court House, 12 Brisbane Street, Mackay at 12:00pm on 04 October 2012 unless the said Warrant and all costs have been fully satisfied prior to that date.
