In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Pine Rivers in the State of Queensland Claim No: M 596/2009 between City Group Pty Ltd (Plaintiff), Level 11 120 Edward St Brisbane Qld 4000 and Margaret Julie Simpson of 38 Spencer St Lawnton Qld 4501 (Defendant). Take note that a Enforcement Warrant-Seizure & Sale of Property has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendants in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, Pine Rivers 374 Gympie Rd Strathpine Qld 4500 at 11:00 AM on Friday 25 th September 2009 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.

All that piece of land being Lot 131 on Registered Plan 123491 County of Stanley Parish of Warner Local Government: Moreton Bay being the whole of the land described in Title Reference 14418138. The land is subject to (1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction and (2) a Mortgage with interest accrued to the date sale by auction. The property is situated at 38 Spencer St Lawnton Qld 4501 in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of Margaret Julie Simpson. The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within (2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase.
