In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Sandgate in the State of Queensland Plaint No: M 236/2006, between the Citigroup Pty Ltd C/O Rostron Carlyle Solicitors, Level 5/232 Adelaide Street, Brisbane, Qld 4000 (Plaintiff) and Richard I. Pearson of 21 Landsboro Avenue, Boondall Qld (Defendant). Take note that a Warrant of Execution has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendant in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, 7 Old Dayboro Road, Petrie Qld at 2:00 PM on Wednesday 25 th day of July 2007 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.
All that piece of land being Lot 398 on Registered Plan 26050 County of Stanley Parish of Kedron, Local Government: Brisbane City being the whole of the land described in Title Reference 14293071. The land is subject to (1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction. The property is situated at 21 Landsboro Avenue, Boondall in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of Richard Ivan Pearson. The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within (2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase.
