In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Cleveland Claim No: 78/2006 between Charles Alfred McDonnell of 118 Giles Road, Redland Bay in the State of Queensland (Plaintiff) and Shan Patricia Cameron of 71 Boundary Road, Thornlands in the State of Queensland (Defendant).  Take note that an Enforcement Warrant for the Seizure and Sale of Property has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all of the Defendant’s rights, title and interest in the following goods will be sold by Public Auction by the Enforcement Officer for the Magistrates Court Cleveland at 11:00AM on Friday 22nd September 2006.

The conditions of sale are 10% of the purchase price on the day of sale (Cash or Bank Cheque).  The purchaser shall pay the balance of the purchase monies by cash or bank cheque to the Enforcement Officer at or before 4:00PM on that day which is two (2) business days after the day of auction.
