In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Cleveland in the State of Queensland Claim No: M 1285/2006, between the ACTIVE LAWYERS & CONSULTANTS (A FIRM) Shop 2/1181 Logan Road, Holland Park Qld 4121 (Plaintiff) and RONALDO JEORGE LAGE DA COSTA of 7 Pembroke Street, Alexandra Hills Qld 4161 (Defendant). Take note that an Enforcement Warrant for the Seizure & Sale of Property has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendant in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, 5 Middle Street, Cleveland Qld at 2:00 PM on Friday 20 th day of July 2007 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.

All that piece of land being Lot 96 on Registered Plan 861899 County of Stanley Parish of Capalaba Local Government: Redland Shire being the whole of the land described in Title Reference 18653033. The land is subject to (1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction. The property is situated at 7 Pembroke Street, Alexandra Hills in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of Ronaldo Jeorge Lage Da Costa and Celeste Cecelia Fisher. Please note that Ronaldo Jeorge Lage Da Costa holds a 50% equity in the said property and it is only this equity which will be sold at auction. The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within (2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the Defendant’s 50% share in the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase.
