I advise that this warrant has been satisfied and the auction will not proceed, by order Paul Hogan, Bailiff, Cleveland Magistrates Court.

In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Cleveland in the State of Queensland Claim No: M 169/2008 between Rodney Alan McLeod BICKELL (Plaintiff) C/O Southside Property & Commercial Lawyers, 3/2 Collene Grove Springwood Qld 4127 and Larraine June BELL of 35-43 Beveridge Road Thornlands Qld 4164 (Defendant). Take note that a Enforcement Warrant-Seizure & Sale of Property has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendants in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, Cleveland 5 Middle St Cleveland, Qld 4163 at 2:00 PM on Friday 17th day of April 2009 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.

All that piece of land being Lot 2 on Registered Plan 76813 County of Stanley Parish of Cleveland Local Government: Redland City being the whole of the land described in Title Reference 13163179. The land is subject to (1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction. The property is situated at 35-43 Beveridge Road Thornlands, in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of Larraine June BELL. The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within (2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase.
