TAKE NOTICE: that a Warrant of Execution has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendant in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, 30 King Street, Caboolture at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday 15 December 2004 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied. All that piece of land being Lot 3 on Registered Plan 140238 County of Canning Parish of Toobul being the whole of the land described in Title Reference 13981211 The land is subject to
(1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction. A mortgage No 707726838 is registered on the Title to Liberty Funding Pty Ltd ACN 081 982 872: The property is situated at Lot 3/41 Christen Drive, Beachmere in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of Robert Roland Ball. The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within
(2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase.
