In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Sandgate in the State of Queensland Claim No: M 148/2007 between
Credit Corp Services Pty Ltd (Plaintiff) C/O Sawford Voll Lawyers, Level 3, 445 Upper Edward Street, Spring Hill Qld 4000 and Ranjeet Kaur Bassi Cavanagh and Warren John Cavanagh, of 70 Albury Street, Deagon Qld 4017 (Defendants).Take note that a Enforcement Warrant-Seizure & Sale of Property has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendants in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, Sandgate 84 Keogh Street, Sandgate, Qld 4017 at 2:00 PM on Thursday 15th day of January 2009 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.
All that piece of land being Lot 2 on Registered Plan 102585 County of Stanley Parish of Nundah Local Government: Brisbane City being the whole of the land described in Title Reference 13637030 The land is subject to (1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction. The property is situated at 70 Albury Street, Deagon , in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of Ranjeet Kaur Bassi Cavanagh and Warren John Cavanagh. The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within (2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase. Standard Conditions of Sale can be viewed at the Magistrates Court Registry Sandgate at any time prior to the auction date.
