In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Caboolture in the State of Queensland Claim No: M 704/2008 between Credigroup Pty Limited (Plaintiff) C/O Dibbs Abbott Stillman Lawyers, Level 14/120 Edward Street, Brisbane Qld 4000 and John Andrew Mitton, of 9 Honeyflower Place, Caboolture Qld 4510 (Defendant). Take note that a Enforcement Warrant-Seizure & Sale of Property has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendant in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, Caboolture 30 King Street, Caboolture Qld at 2:00 PM on Friday 6 th day of March 2009 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.
All that piece of land being Lot 1 on Registered Plan 893103 County of Canning Parish of Canning Local Government: Moreton Bay being the whole of the land described in Title Reference 50116898. The land is subject to (1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction. The property is situated at 9 Honeyflower Place, Caboolture, , in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of John Andrew Mitton. The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within (2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase.
