BAILIFF AUCTION – BEACHMERE HOME
In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Caboolture in the State of Queensland Claim No: M 607/2007 between the Service Finance Corporation Ltd, C/O Gilshenan & Luton Leagl Group, Level 13/259 Queens Street, Brisbane Qld 4000 (Plaintiff) and Mark James Bruce Robinson, 38 Dwyer Street, Beachmere, Qld 4510 (Defendant). Take note that a Warrant of Execution has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendant in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, 30 King Street, Caboolture, Qld 4510 at 2:00 PM on Friday 4th day of July 2008 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.
All that piece of land being Lot 27 on Registered Plan 142064 County of Canning Parish of Toorbul, Local Government: Moreton Bay being the whole of the land described in Title Reference 15468094 The land is subject to (1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction. The property is situated at 38 Dwyer Street, Beachmere, in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of Mark James Bruce Robinson. The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within (2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase.
