In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Pine Rivers in the State of Queensland Claim No: M 227/2009 between De Vere Legal Pty Ltd (Plaintiff), Level 11 344 Queen St Brisbane Qld 4000 and Gavin Fogarty of 27 Centre St, Strathpine Qld 4500 (Defendant). Take note that a Enforcement Warrant-Seizure & Sale of Property has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendants in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, Pine Rivers 374 Gympie Rd Strathpine Qld 4500 at 11:00 AM on Friday 31st July 2009 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.

All that piece of land being Lot 119 on Registered Plan 92865 County of Stanley Parish of Warner Local Government: Moreton Bay being the whole of the land described in Community Management Statement 13817140. The land is subject to (1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction. The property is situated at of 27 Centre St, Strathpine Qld 4500 in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of Gavin Mortimer Fogarty. The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within (2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase.
