Covenant P, Q, R and Lot 14 on SP163579 County of Herbert Parish of Dryander
Known as: 2A Stewart Drive, Cannonvale QLD, 4802.

Will be sold by PUBLIC AUCTION by the Bailiff, Magistrates Court, Proserpine at the Court House, Main Street, Proserpine at 12:30pm on Thursday the 02 day of July 2009 unless the said Warrant and all costs have been fully satisfied prior to that date.
