TAKE NOTICE that an ENFORCEMENT WARRANT – SEIZURE AND SALE OF PROPERTY has been issued out of the Magistrates Court, Gympie upon Judgment obtained by the Enforcement Creditor in the above action and that ALL RIGHT TITLE AND INTEREST of the Judgment Debtor in the following:

1983 Hino BG300 Bus, Chassic No: BG30040006, Engine No.: EK10010290

Will be sold by PUBLIC AUCTION by the Bailiff, Magistrates Court, Mackay at the Court House, 12 Brisbane Street, Mackay at 12:00pm on 28 May 2013 unless the said Warrant and all costs have been fully satisfied prior to that date.
